We will celebrate Mardi Gras at this Muster.

Arrival is Tuesday 03/04/2025. Check-in time is 13:00. Call them if you want earlier.

We will have use of the rally room for the whole Muster and exclusive use on the 4th and 5th.

Departure is Friday 03/07/2025. 3 nights. Check-out time is 11:00. It might not be possible to get a late check-out due to reservations for the SXSW event taking place there starting on the 7th.

Our Muster RV site rate is $45.00/night.

Site rate before or after the Muster is also $45.00/night as long as you tell them you are with the group when you make the reservation.

A $25.00 deposit is due at time of reservation. Longhorn will send you a confirmation email after making the deposit.

Balance shall be paid at check-in. Longhorn will send you a reminder email 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Refund policy: You must provide Longhorn a notice at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival. No show = no refund.

Held sites have been released but there may still be sites available.

Longhorn has two cabins. The rate for the cabins is $90/night for the Muster dates. Contact Longhorn as soon as possible for more details about deposit and security fees.
