Looking for volunteers to host and help. The meals and schedule are TBD.

The Saturday dinner will be at the Annual Stonewall Volunteer Fire Department Fish Fry and your donation to the VFD will be collected at that time.

Arrival is Thursday 10/9/2025. Check-in time is 14:00. 13:00-14:00 is ok. Earlier may have a $25 fee.

The actual Fish Fry is Saturday, 10/11/2025.

Departure is Monday 10/13/2025. 4 nights. Check-out time is 11:00

Call Miller Creek directly to reserve your RV site. Identify yourself as member of Alamo SMARTs to obtain the rally site rate of $50.00 per night. Advise them about any special site requests.

Site rate before or after the Muster is at their regular rate, less a 10% Veteran discount.

Reservations should be made now but must be made no later than 07/11/2025 (90 days prior to the Muster).

A deposit equal to one night will be required at the time of registration.

Balance shall be paid at least 1 week prior to your arrival date.

Refund policy: $25 cancellation fee if made 7 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, no refund.
