Come join us for a fun-filled Muster to start the Holiday Season.

Each rig (couple) should bring 1 wrapped gift, minimum value $20, for the Gift Exchange.

If you have not already done so, you are encouraged to call Skyline to make your reservation soon. Identify yourself as a member of SMART to obtain the rally rate of $47.00 per night ($51.00 per night if we get less than 10 rigs and $42.00 per night if we get 20-29 rigs). No reservation deposit required, no cancellation fee. Advise the resort about any special site requests.

Margaret and Joe Noonan will host this Muster. Mary and Richard Palmer are co-hosting. Contact them to get more information and volunteer.

The Muster fee is $25 each ($50 per couple). For any guests or non-members of the Alamo Chapter the cost is $25 each.

The Christmas catered dinner is being provided by the Chapter for all Alamo SMARTs members. For any guests or non-members of the Alamo Chapter the cost is $25 each for the catered dinner.

Please make and send your Muster fee, along with your Registration Receipt, and any guest fees to Margaret Noonan no later than 27 November 2024.

NOTE: If you are an Alamo SMARTs member and are only going to attend the Christmas catered dinner, Party, and Gift Exchange, there is no charge. Please contact any of the hosts directly, no later than 27 November 2024, to let them know that you plan to attend the dinner.

P.S. For those who arrive before the Muster: On 4 December, the 11th Street Cowboy Bar has ‘Wednesday Steak Night’. You bring your own meat and grill it on their Texas Sized BBQ Pits. You can buy sides there. Doors open at 5pm. There is live entertainment starting at 6pm. Reservations Recommended. We have gone as a group in the past. https://11thstcowboybar.com/
