The Chapter Anniversary Muster celebrates the joining of the White Sands Chapter and the Tri-State Panhandlers Chapter to form the White Sands Panhandlers Chapter in June 2018. Several of those Charter Members are still active in the chapter. This is a time to gather and celebrate our History with a special meal and festivities. Turn right at the second Hwy 20 S. The Camp ground is not on the first Hwy 20 S. turn. A HOST/CO-HOST IS NEEDED FOR THIS MUSTER. If you would like to Host this muster but feel intimidated or feel a lack of experience to Host a muster, contact Paul Moniz and he will arrange to have an experienced Host serve with you as Co-Host and guide you through the process.
